Because I just want to clone the original this and than put the clone drive back to Lacie box.
The problem is the drive is have some bad sector and the Box still fine

you said the drive is marked as unallocated. Even if you clone the drive and put a perfectly healthy drive into the slot, the RAID config on the other drives are still going to register that the one drive is offline. So, the only difference you will see is that you will have a different drive in the slot, but the array will still not be accessible.

After you get the drives cloned, download a demo of UFSExplorer and see if you can recover your files with it. If it weren't for the major time difference, I'd offer to assist you remotely.
