Hello Dear Friends ,
I Am Not Sure if i Can Solve This Case " Seems Like a Head Issue " . But Could Someone Pass On The Complete Firmware For This 4 Platter [ 8 Head Drive ] . The Drive Knocks And Spins Down ,But When I Press The Ok Button after The Drive Details It Spins Up Again And Keeps Spinning .I Am Sure Module No 11 Is Not Loading And If That is Not Loading Module No 01 Will Also Not Load .The MDL Number Of This is WD40EFRX-68WTONO " Might Be Its 0NO And Not ONO " . Microcode Version is 00010070 .SPT Seems To Be 2116 And Family Seems To Me Gaint .

I only have version 0032, SPT 2116 is the right one.
