HITACHI HCC545032B9A300 won't initialize because of CRC

August 16th, 2015, 7:01

Hi!

I have hard disk HITACHI HCC545032B9A300 with firmware PB3GCS0B
that gives always me crc error every time i try to initialize it !

i can say that it is recognized correctly by windows 7 64 bit

SMART values are perfectly!
HARD DISK SENTINEL Tool performs successfully short and extended test

But it seems impossible reading disk and writing disk (the media is write protected)

Someone told me it could depend by electronic fault somewhere or firmware corruption.

If anyone could tell me where find my firmware many thanks in advance

Cutrrently is on ebay at this link as disk not wworking
http://www.ebay.it/itm/hard-disk-320-GB ... 2055754834?

Thanks for any info.

Best regards
Marco from Italy
