I'd go back to the full sector-by-sector clone that I made before I did any work on the client drive.

Assume you have a disc editor, eg DMDE (freeware) and assume you upload a screenshot of DMDE's Partitions window. Assuming that the new Win 7 partition is smaller than the original Win 10 partition, then the original data may be visible. Otherwise an NTFS search may turn it up.
