Bitlocker USB Hdd

I have a USB hdd which is locked by bitlocker. Customer have lost password as well as key also. So any idea how can we access the data from the USB Hdd.

Well, if you don't know the key and if you can't brute force it or attack it with a list of popular passwords like "monkey" or "1234" then it's game over.

If you have the key they you can use something like this to decrypt the drive :

BUT YOU WILL NEED TO KNOW THE PASSWORD !!!
