Assuming of course that the drive didn't have non-resident G-List entries to start with.
If there were entries there the the Translator is now shifted and it have to be fixed either by hand or by the use of fork method on PC-3000 or SD Seagate tool, etc ...
Also if the drive have huge amount of bad blocks it will be near to impossible to clone without a decent hardware based cloning tool.
