Sitin Training Class

October 14th, 2015, 22:20

Hi
I am looking for some recommendation on some places that do data recovery classes. I own a computer repair shop and i understand the basics of data recovery but i am looking to learn the right way to do it.

Thanks
Mike

What state are you in?

Maybe if you put your proper location rather than "surface of the sun", then people might be able to advise you better.

Aside from the tool vendors training, I haven't seen a whole lot of serious DR Training.

I am not sure what DR Pro's think about these trainings, but I will link them anyway..

This one may be ok to get a handle on the basics so when you go do paid training you are not wasting time and can focus on the hard / practical stuff

If http://www.infosecinstitute.com/courses ... nline.html is the one I'm thinking of, they will spam you to the grave, based on my experience. I understand they started with Scott Moulton's training curriculum from many years ago and haven't updated it since. None of them is cheap, for sure.

Well,
Generally It Takes a Solid 3 Months To Actually Learn Quite a Lot Of Stuff In DR .With a 2.5 Hour Class Daily And Practise Rest Time IMHO .
