Not/clicking Seagate Barracuda 7200.14

Hi guys)

I have searched a little the Internet, so here is my relatively simple question for those who may know:
a new (less than a month) HDD Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 2TB 7200rpm 64MB cache (ST2000DM001) is used as a generic data storage (films, archives, and so on; no system files/dirs) and it works fine, except one thing -- when it's turned with PCB up, then some rather audible clicking sounds appear, they are very light when the HDD is on the side and almost silent when the HDD turned with its PCB down... The cables/port changing is futile, SMART is clean, Victoria (for Win) found no prob too. This phenomenon persists in other PC's--both via SATA-II and SATA-III.
For now I decided to place it with the PCB down, but why it's so? It's no Seagate new feature, is it?

How do you think: should I start to worry and demand a warranty replacement or it's ok?

I realize it's quite plausible and sometimes better to do it earlier than later, but could you explain a bit why you're thinking a new HDD, which clicks differently depending on its position, is going to die? Somehow there's no visible or measurable malfunction signs yet.

Guys, as usual, there're very many different replies from customers, yet which 2TB+ HDD would you recommend then?
