Formatting Question

When formatting a hard drive for resale are there guidelines as to when you format using ntsf vs fat32 or are you just better to wipe the hard drive and leave it blank and let the customer format them themselves. I do have a program that will allow me to fat32 large drives that I use on my playstation 3 machines and I was thinking it may help my sales of the larger SATA drives if they were fat32. Any and all suggestions will be appreciated.

Well,
Just Wipe Them And Sell Them Period .Who Are You to decide or even think what the other fellow wants .Just save Your time.Any DOS/Windows HDD Wiping Software Would Do .Sometimes if you have multiple hdd's you could use a software that could wipe multiple drives at one time
