HDD Stops working-Video niddle HELP ME

Well, first of all sorry for my english.
i was working with my hard drive connected to pc. the hard drive moved and from that moment every pc doesnt regognice it.
so i opened it.
the niddle was at the wrong place. i put it inside and after that it start doing this sound you will see at video .
please guys what i have to do .??

More than likely, the physical shock, the tampering and further powering on caused media damage. Low chance this is not the case.
No realistic way you can get data on your own. Need parts, expertise and advanced data recovery equipment. Basically, specialists service. Expect high cost.
