I have a WD30EZRX-00AZ6B0 Harddrive , it spins up and Head noise are normal.
After a reboot the Drive is not recognised in the Bios (PC and Cables are OK)
What can I do ?

Are you saying that the drive always shows up during an initial boot but then disappears after a reboot? Or do you mean that the drive was working until the last boot attempt and is now dead?

Well, I don't think the problem is the Head 0 and 1.
This problem propably FW, BSY state, slow reponding. Permanenlty on highest drives Up 2TB, 3TB, etc.

If the problem is slow responding bios would picked it up...

Now 100% sure of head damage...
This is not a DIY job, if the data is important take the drive to a data recovery center.

Most likely this isn't a DIY job if you don't have any professional tools.
If you are willing to go down the road of professional data recovery and the data is important, we can take a look at it for you.
We don't charge evaluation and pick up the drive for free in Germany.
Feel free to contact me if you would like.
Regards,
Luke
