HDD repair problems

Hi, Thx for looking at my topic.

I have a HDD that has some unkown problems.

At first it was not viewable in explorer.

Now i made that happen with the "Test Disk" program.

I did manager to recover some files but i cant acces the "users" folder, it is also quite slow.

Maybe this gives you some info

Media issues I'd say, probably has "slow responding" issues now.

Not sure, but also suspect this is an SED (self encrypting drive) so firmware access is blocked.

If you really want to try DIY, search "slow responding fix" but if the data is important then you really should seek pro assistance. We can help with this :-)

diagnostic should be free, so it is always better to get a professional opinion before attempting any DIY.
