Laptop Hard Drive data recovery

Do not use HDD Regenerator. Chances are very high that it will make the situation worse by torturing the drive to death.

You didn't provide any symptoms, but if the drive is still accessible and you want to go DIY way, use an utility like GNU ddrescue to make an image of it. Then recover the data by scanning that image.

-i was working on my laptop and suddenly by open an heavy excel sheet it hanged..
-retarted a couple of times but didnt work and took out the hard disk and connected to a 2.5 external case......as soon as i connect to external case i should a couple of kreech krech kind of noise and sounds as the reader arm is moving back and forth. then the sound calms down and laptop detects the hard disk and shows in disk management. but there is no partition ...even other softwares i tried to scan with...they say MBR is damaged or bad sectors.

You have 2 heads inside, one of them or both are gone and/or media damage.
Sorry to say, but this is not a DIY case.

If it's clicking like that there's nothing that any software or DIY can do to help. Get it to a professional data recovery company with proper equipment to work on it. Every time you're powering it on it's making it worse.

Is the hard drive clicking? Can you hear any sort of noise from it?

Maybe you can try this out - https://youtu.be/wdhkuzk_x4c
