Technique Help Required - HTS545050A7E380 Head Swap

Hello Seniors ,
Got This Drive Its That Thin HGST 500GB .Customers Patient Drive Has Head 0 BAD and Head 1 OK ,Cloned Head 1 .Now i Want To Swap Heads In This Drive .I Had a Scrap Drive That i Was Trying To Understand and Master The Sequence .I Am Stuck On The Last Step and Seem To Go Nowhere .This is What i did

1 : Open All Screws Of The Top Cover And Also The Top Screw Of The Head On The Top Cover
2 : Open The Cover And Install Top Screw Back To Head Stack [ I did Not See The Head Bent At this Point Before Installing Screw Back ]
3 : Open 2 Screws Of The HSA Connection To PCB
4 : Install Head Separator at this point
5 : Open 3 Screws of The Top Magnet [ Very Simple To Get Out But The Magnet Down Below Also Keeps Moving [ So you Folks Should Keep Something On It Like a Screwdriver So That it Does Not Move ]
6 : Install Back Two Screws To The Bottom Magnet One in The Center And One If You Like In The Side Of The HSA To PCB Connector [ Make Sure You Use a Small Washer or Something As Thick As Top Magnet Otherwise The Base Magnet Wobbles ]
7 : Unscrew The Bottom HSA Screw And Take Out Head [ Top Head Remains In At This Point ]

Now When i Try And Reverse The Process I First Install Head Back And Screw Bottom HSA Screw Top Screw Already There . The HSA Has a Issue Going Back to Ramp As The Top Magnet Needs To Be Installed and Screwed Back So Far So Good Once That is Done Ramp Loading Is Fine .Install The White Brakes And Everything is Done .This Point i Get Stuck [ Now When i Loosen Top HSA Screw The Heads Keep Comming Up And Up And Keep Bending The HGA .The Bottom Screw Does Not Hold The HSA ,If i Lossen Top HSA Screw And Tighten Bottom HSA Screw No Good As The Bending Of Heads Does Not Stop ] . What Wrong Am i Doing Sirs Please Help And Make Me Understand ,Did i Use Wrong Bottom Screw I Do Not think So .Some Pictures of This thin Drives .

I find the HSA-Ramp Bridge tool from DFL works well with Hitachi drives.

This Works With thin Drives .BTW i Seem To Have Found Out The Issue .I think i Over tightened The Top HSA Screw And Now When i Unscrew it It Makes The Bottom Screw Loosen .I Need a Person Other Then Me To Solve This Issue And Practice More Before I Do The Actual Swap .My Friend Unknown On Forums Was So Helpful [ Thanks Ahmed ]

I never put the top screw into the actuator until the cover is on. Usually I just hold it still with my thumb while I tighten the underside screw. Even if I don't get it completely tight, I can finish tightening after the cover is back on and the top screw is in to hold it all steady.

Where Exactly In This .I am Gonna Free That Tightned Scew and Then Experiment On The Scrap Drive i Have .

You can use duct tape to hold the heads away from the ramp when you remove the plastic cap

Hi Folks ,
The entire Issue Was i had overtightened the top screw .My Technique is totally different from all for this drive head swap and works like a charm ,I also developed some custom tools on my friends cnc for it .In The First Quarter Of New financial Year Starting April 2016 i will make few self tools to hSA swaps and also buy my own small cnc .any suggestions for the CNC
