Galaxy,
As Far As I Know Only Spildit Plays Around With These Kinda Software .Franky Speaking When You Start Doing Work For Others You Avoid Such Tools .I am not saying they do not work or using expensive tools gets the work done better .But as Now You Do This As a Profession Why Not Buy Something Better

Looks like that either your APP code is damaged or your tools are not properly writting it to the drive.
If the firmware boundries where the software is attempting to read or write the app from are incorrect writting back the entire track might solve the issue, assuming you have a backup from it.

either you can upload all mod in level F
simply be Stcom
then start SF
or do 02 calibration
