Seagate 7200.11 firmware upgrade from HP24 to HP26

June 18th, 2016, 12:45

My Pavillion m9441it Elite has the Seagate 7200.11 HD with busy bug problem that I solved by following a tutorial on internet.
The HP drivedetect.exe utolity result is: Drive Name ST3750630AS - Sn 9QK0MMYZ - Rev HP24
Now I would like to update the firmware.
I would like to know if I can apply the update on this page:
http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/publ ... =4060#tab1
sp52107.exe contains HP26_750.bat thta contains the command
sf -m moose HP26CE3D.bin -s -f -v -b -x -i ST3750630AS
That seems made for my hd.

Can someone help me ?
Thank You

It seems OK to me.

The utility included in this package upgrades the firmware on the following
Seagate 7200 rpm SATA Hard Drives that shipped on HP Workstations:

Seagate Model Number: HP Part Number:
ST3500620AS 461123-001
ST750630AS 460315-002
ST31000340AS 464263-001
Firmware Revision: HP12 through HP24
