Wrong model id on Seagate drive

Hello Folks,

i've got patient drive ST31000524AS.

The drive show wrong id.

Model : ST_M13FQBL
Serial : QNR_BFW
Firmware : 04081517
Capacity : 3,86 GB (8 089 950)

pcb and heads swapped with compatible donor but nothing changed.

p.s. there is no terminal connection.

That ID is normal. It is the default ID from ROM, which indicates that the heads failed to read the firmware. Why? It could be many reasons.
