Ok, I see WD5000BEVT, sorry for the confusion.
Autor have problem in translater, or one of head is bad and translater not propertly initialize.

I have tried to regenarate the translator from two ways, and I have do the SA module search and I can not find anything wrong in module 02

Hi.
Weather the P List G List and Translator are Ok, or any issues in these three modules?
Weather the drive has issues with Read redo block.
Check for SPT value and microcode of the hard drive shows exact same as required or not.
