G-sense error rate S.M.A.R.T. parameter indicates the number of errors caused by externally-induced shock or vibration.
Is it an external drive? Or is the drive exposed to constant vibration of some sort in the environment it is located in?

Its an internal drive. I usually use my laptop by placing it on a table. But last week i had to burn a disc and which showed me that my disc drive is not working properly ( so it vibrated a lot ). Will it be the problem ?

Probably not, but should make backup just in case.
