ST340015A Problem

I m getting in terminal

Ref 020B - Hd Msk 0A00 - Switch to full int.
Ready
Err=0016


What is this error? what i have to do?

It's a seek error. Check the heads to be sure they are re-seated back in the rest position, check the magnet, and be sure the heads are able to freely move. Possibly you'll need to replace head stack.

Problem Solved and imaged.

Note:

Ur assumption is correct ie. Heads are not able to freely move.

After giving some vibration, heads now moves freely then disk is imaged at 2.1MB/S
