samsung HD 252HJ problem

My samsung HDD HJ got problem it spins but gives click sound when i change it's position it is also not detected by the pc in fact the PC main borad gives beep when I connect to it but when I use it via USB to IDE device it shows the coneection & then disconnect does mostly when I change it's position i have checked the coild 4R7 the voltages are 2.52 & 1.2 respectively I have alos checeked the TVS diodes looks fine there is nothing burnt the MCU becomes overheated sometime but then becomes normal any suggestion thanks in advance

Clicking sound 99.9% means a head issue.
Try clear head contacts on PCB. If it not helps and you data is important for you, then send message to waqas_ali766

the mcu 88i8826c-bam2 over heats I have installed the heat sink it works very minimal
any suggestion why it gets over heat

Thanks for every one not helping ..this made me to figure out & study by myself ..The chip 88i8826c was malfunctioning I replaced it & got the problem fix
