Formating HDD multiple times in a month cause any damage ?

July 9th, 2016, 10:39

Sorry to ask this funny question here, but i have to. I used to install several linux distros in my laptop in these days (formated 10 times ). I did it by choosing the "erase the entire disk option", i think its quick format !. The disk space used for the installation of my each os may took 10gb approx, and each time i may transferred about 20gb of other data to the hdd.

My question is: Reformatting Hard Drive Multiple Times - Harmful or Not?
