Samsung HD501LJ Spin up and down

HI there,

I have a Samsung HD501LJ.

The Drive Spins up and spind down.
If I connect to the Terminal i dont get any usefull feedback.

I connected the Terminal like this

Is it a problem with the heads?

Head 2 has problems (weak/dead)...A head replacement is required if you want data from it....
