I have a dell laptop drives for 500GB capacity, I reinstall the Windows xp operating system and the lost document file on screen desktop Foldel Excel.
I use software GetDataBack, Dmde to recover the data, the results did not find the folder on screen desktop
You help me to use software that can recover data in this case
