Current Pending Sector Count?

My hard drive has suddenly been giving me issues, where the disk usage goes to 100% and stays there until I restart it. Did some research which led me to it might be failing, got crystal disk info and its telling me there could be an issue. However I'm not really sure what it is saying, or whether or not there is something I can do.
