More Seagate SSHD Issues

I have a ST500LM000. I'm seeing a lot of these SSHD drives most with stiction, however this is different.

This drive is imaging very slowly, I would say its firmware rather than heads but not sure. I have changed SMP parameters. CTL-X gives normal reading of SA without errors, no strange messages on start up. But the drive gives the below terminal output when imaging. Interestingly building a head map in DE was strange, it built fine for the first 25% then almost stopped for a few minutes, then chunks away again to the end.

Any ideas?

had same issue after changing Heads it works fine.
