bitlocker . user have windows login password only.
lost the bitlocker encryption key and password.
only have his windows login password.
surprisingly the harddrive can be mount into other windows showing their correct partitions.
Any means to get the data?

Once the bit locker password is lost there is no way to decrypt the files.
Maybe they created a USB backup key when they first encrypted their files but that's your only chance.

Please share you solution if you have one. Only proper solution is to enter the recovery key like i said.
We have had many bit-locked drives come in when the user lost / forgot the password and we have only cracked one through brute force.
But encryption is designed exactly for that purpose (not to be cracked).
