Samsung HM321HX USB strange noise

September 25th, 2016, 13:29

Hello,

I have not working disk Samsung HM321HX. This is USB 2.0 disk. At the moment disk not working, only hear strange noise, disk not spining, diode blininkg. First I think, that head part on the plater, but after open disk in clear room, head parked normally.

On this link I record noise from disk:

Could you help, what could be a problem?

Thanks
