Can you help me diagnose my hard drive failure

October 3rd, 2016, 5:06

Hopefully somebody can watch the 1 minute clip of my hard drive below and give me some idea if it is potentially fixable, or terminal. It is a Samsung SATA 1TB hard drive. The clip is 1 minute long. Any advice would be appreciated. It's a backup drive and has some important stuff on it. and this fault has come from nowhere. Thanks

+1
Highly recommended to stop powering on as is. Every single time it causes more damage and decreases chances of recovery.

Stop, power off the drive and contact Sean at pcimage.co.uk right away.
