Last week my 6 pcb are broken.
one is short. but all TVS diodes are O.K.
i disambly PSU. There are two bulging caps in it near the red (5V) cables.
is this the killer of my 6 PCB?

Yes very likely. I suggest you to change your PSU.
I have experience with this type of hardware failure, bulging caps on PSU sometimes could be caused by shortings on your motherboards (or some discrete component close to short, example mosfet), if this is the case then you would see the same problem again on new PSU after few weeks/month due to overcurrent.
