I can do these in 10 minutes, with "home-made tools" :-)

This is true, but it's worked every time :-)

Yeah, by that definition I've never used any "real tools" either despite doing hundreds upon hundreds of successful head swaps.

It's like anything else, there's more than one way to skin a cat. A tire guy / mechanic could go out and buy a tire mounting machine for $2,000 and have a "real tool", but there's just as many guys out there successfully mounting tires using nothing more than some butane and a lighter. And they can do it in half the time the "real tool" takes. Example: https://youtu.be/3uSn4XtJJx0

I'm sure the guy who spends the money on the $2,000 tool would say that the other way is a "hack" method, but if the end results are the same it's really just a way of justifying the way you prefer to work.

Personally I can't see the need to ever buy a "real tool" for a drive with a parking ramp as my universal homemade ones work every time. However I do prefer a real tool for those which park on the platter (fortunately there are few of those these days).

I understand what you are trying to say, it is hard to read.
All i want to say is , don't compare if you have not tried.
That is what I try to say.
That's all.

Well,
Its perfect to read ,But its pointless arguing with you and as you will have the same answer again and again .Today i Have the entire set of ERTools and i do not have a drive that i cannot handle in my lab .Your rates are and might be justified for your Europian and US clients definitely not for Indian Data recovery companies .

Tawfeek ,
Take a Good Quality 90 Degree Bent Tweezer And Use Precision Nose Plier To Bent The Front Holding Arm Of This Back To 90 Degree ,This will give you a Custom Tweezer That Can Go To Any Depth In Any Drive .Then Use Wire Sleeves Slightly Pressed Making a Oval Shape .Take Heads Out Of The Patient .Then Check The Heads HGA Area is Precise 90 Degree ,If Not Change Your Sleeve Size Or Your Pressed Oval Shape ,Once You Perfect This on Your Defective Head Take a Donor Head Out and Swap To Patient ,Its a Piece of Cake ,Before I Had ERTools I Used The Same Technique But Perfected It .

PS : Nikola You Should Not Make a Few Head Unstuck Tools for 2.5" Drives and Sell It To These European And US Data Recovery Companies ,They Are The Only Once Who Can Really Afford Them .I Am Not Trying To Make Fun Or Poke You This is The God Damn Reality Of Pricing In India . We Cannot Afford Your Tools Simply Put Together
