Any body knows? Well, problem solved. My two PL2303HXD USB to RS232 TTL Cables were damaged. Tx pin of PL2303HX ship is shorted, so can not send data to hdd, that´s why ctrl+z command was no received by hdd.

Thanks to all whos readed my post.

Friend this hdd has latest firmware u need to short the pcb after second spinup msg appear in cmd after complete calibration of hdd then after ready status or any error or getting t mode u need to follow 0 capacity method
m0,2,2,,,,,22
/1
N1
then power reset
then use these three commands
F3T> F00A2,00,22
then F01E4,00,22
then F057C,043C,22
then /1
then N1
then power reset
this is correct method

if hdd is giving access to sector already and showing capacity then use only congen commands to stop relocations of bad sectors.
F00A2,00,22
F01E4,00,22
F057C,043C,22
