ST500LM00-Laptop Thin SSHD 500GB

ST500LM00-Laptop Thin SSHD 500GB is my first time receiving with non logical problem.found not spinning motor.i tried with donor same PCB it spinning but ROM not matching and clicking.i swap ROM from original patient PCB to new donor PCB. unfortunately it not work, no spinning motor with original ROM. also patient original PCB with donor ROM not spinning donor disk!!is there any adaptive data chip on board other than ROM?Help pls
