Western digital WD10EACS-00ZJB0 Not Reading Anything

hello everyone,

I have this WD hard drive. It comes ready position on PC3000 , id and capacity is okay. i can backup all the modules and rom without any problem
however, when i try to clone this drive onto another hard drive it doesnt read any data and keep software resetting and clicking

tried translator regeneration but it wont complete ,
tried another pcb but same behaviour

anyone could give any idea or some one had similar issue

did you pull drive from enclousure
could be encryption

hey .. why u are not making heads map first to saperat the reading from each one ?

it explains that problem is probably with heads, have you test heads ??

Do a heads test in utility.

You van edit head map in RAM. Start first with heads 0 or 1, then you can make adjustment and add good heads. Isolate bad one.
