Remote support for MRT recovery cases

December 22nd, 2016, 5:36

Hi

I'm wondering if anyone is able to offer remote support?

Currently I have DDi4 and usually image a drive with this and use R-studio to recover. I get some cases, for instance the one I am working on at the moment, that this won't work for.

After imaging and opening in R-studio then scanning for partitions. It finds some partitions and when I try to open the partition it starts to read it and then crashes. Some of the errors that's showing is to do with the MFT.

I have MRT Pro and have tried connecting the hard drive to it. I can read the SA etc, but I don't have any experience working with this tool and don't want to randomly select things. In DE within MRT it does see 2 partitions, but none of the data is there.

The hard drive is a Samsung 3.5". I can get the exact model number.

What I am looking for is someone who can remotely login to fix the case for me. This could be an ongoing co-operation when more cases come in.

I understand trust is an issue (I've been in business for 15 years) so I don't mind paying something upfront and the remainder on completion of the job until we've built up a relationship.

Let me know if anyone is interested.

thanks
