WD3200BEKT-75PVMT1 disk with 0MB

December 29th, 2016, 6:38

Hello,
Since the failure of the WD3200BEKT-75PVMT1 3 days ago
I am concerned with the subject.
Error: Bios finds the disk with 0MB
FW: T1
Data is not important, but the disk would like to get run.
Have read much but not further.
What do I need for software?
Do I need a new FW or what is deleted?

Many thanks in advance!

Hi! Does the HDD Id' s properly on BIOS? Does the HDD coninue spinning after boot? If the answer is yes you may probably have a firmware problem. If it is not the problem seems to be in the heads.

Best

Thank you for your quick response.
The BIOS is only 0MB. No ID, no type
