Just received an Hitachi 2,5 with heads problem.

Full label was removed and client can't find it.

Make sure the client pays for each part with the understanding that it will be some trial and error because of what they did.

So no label and what? Is it a problem?
I don't see for what client should pay extra.

If you end up needing to change heads three times because you can't match all the specs you normally would from the label. I personally wouldn't charge extra labor for it, but they'd be buying all the parts I use whether they work or not.
