Hi all
Anyone know about default RAID parity rotation, block size and parity delay on HP MSA P2000 SAN storage?
I check with most RAID software's and can not find correct values!

You will need a Winhex & Eagles Eye to find those values. none of the softwares will get those values for you.
i can offer you a quick remote session. but the (Quot. will be 300$ per drive).
PM if needed.
good luck

Winhex CAN, needed simple math. calculations only.
in fact the more you do and
SOLVE cases the more
COMMON PATTERNS you will find/discover in RAID

Final Q. here about this case, what is your budget for this case?
January 9th, 2017, 5:19
Maybe less than 300$ for all

Thats WAY to low...in my opnion. If client don't value the complexity of DR from sutch difficult Raid, they can live without it.

If for such a case you charge less than 3000$, then i really suggest you change profession
As for "
mr_spokk" i Agree with you, clients should VALUE the DR service.
in my opinion: its like disrespecting the job.
wish you the best in your Biz. my friend.
have a good day

IF your PRICES ARE VERY LOW (cheap, sorry to tell), You will never have the chance to RAISE IT BACK.
This all depends in your INVESTMENT on this Biz. and How much you INVEST.
As for ur case here, I will NEVER EVER do it for less than 3000$, even
if I HAD TO CLOSE MY BIZ.

You can buy easily Encase, FTK, X-ways forensics and many of professional tools and can access to many professional resources, go to meetings, classroom and else.
We have embargo from inside and outside... We find answer of questions very hard. No classroom, training...
Please if you want to judge about that cheap price, first think about condition.
Thank you about your help
