Samsung HD321KJ - no detection

January 23rd, 2017, 7:27

PC freezed during work. Currently the drive normally spins, but is not detected during boot (it takes longer than usual to detect drives and this one is just omitted). Checked on 2 PCs.
In HyperTerminal I have info as attached.
Is it possible to recover any data from it?
Any suggestions/comments appreciated.

Thank you for reply.

There is no clicking sound. The drive spins normally (constant).

I have some data to recover, but I am not willing to visit professional recovery service. I may take a risk and try to do it at home.

Is it possible to read about Hot Swap procedure or MC reading (how, why etc.)? And the main question: are they possible to do via hdd terminal cable? Or maybe I should give up already?

Best regards
