Does anyone know of any converters that will make a portable USB 3 Standard-B hard drive connect to SATA?

It's a WD10JMVW from a "WD My Passport Ultra" PCB 2060-771961-001 REV B

PCBs 771960, 771931, 771939, 771959 can be used (ROM/bios/serial flash (whatever you call it) needs to be transferred (or its contents)).

Does it matter whether it's REV A, B etc? Also, does it matter if the drive the board came from is not WD10JMVW?
