Data recovery and disk repair questions and discussions related to old-fashioned SATA, SAS, SCSI, IDE, MFM hard drives - any type of storage device that has moving parts

Hello,
Some time ago i get a drive like in topic with a problem of no option to access to data. Disk is conneted by USB 3.0 so i can't test this drive with MHDD. I try to get to data using dmde but i get information about invalid parameters. I try to set parameters manually but can't find them.
Is there a sense of this play? May be there is other solution.
Best Regards,

If you have to set parameters, that means that the device needs proper examinations
Is the drive making unusual noise ? (Clicking, beeping, buzzing Etc.)
If the dive makes any unusual noise, the stop to power on the drive
If data has any value, then send it to a Data Recovery pro
The best way to examine the drive would be with a SATA board
