I'm guessing that MOVLY001 is incompatible with the ROM code. MOVLY001 consists of two modules whose RAM load addresses need to match the ROM's FLASHTBL. If you can retrieve the ROM and MOVLY001, I can check them for you.

You might like to verify whether your PCB is native by comparing the YYWW date codes on the ICs against the manufacturing date on the label.

i will tried to make head initialization in ram with no luck
