Hi, long story short, it spins up, then down, on terminal I get:

In terminal I can not send any command, it doesn`t respond, just stays busy and giving the same error endlessly no matter what.
I don`t have any special tools, so I`m only stuck to terminal
Any idea would be great, thank you!

This error means that the RLIST/ALIST (grown defect list) is unreadable:

LED 1A04 is ...

MC read error (under the category "MC Access Errors")

MC = Maintenance Cylinders (aka System Area / Service Area)

Hi, yes, I`ve read about that, but I wonder why it doesn`t respond to any terminal commands. Tried with Samsung pro tool, still nothing.

P is the patient, D the donor. Is there anything I missed? They seem pretty identical. I`ll try to do a hotswap, any advice, maybe there`s something I`m not thinking of...

If it helps anyone, I managed to get the data back using hotswap and also replacing the rom chip. Cloned with ddrescue, worked like a charm!
