Hitachi hts548080m9at00 test points??

Hey Guys,

I've got a hitachi hts548080m9at00 that doesn't spin up.

Wondering if anyone can tell me where to test for power on the Board. Or any other suggestion!

First thing to check is the fuse at "F1"

Also check F3 and F4.
