Seagate busy state got all modules backup [Help]

Hi all,

Ancounter weired problem today.
Got seagate drive ST31000528AS 1TB
The drive is on Busy state and give the following terminal report

Code:

Rst 0x20M
Servo Processor Is Reset.
RW: Disc Ctlr Initialization Completed.

I got all the modules out, how do I write them back?
I have terminal access and system files access too


General background on that case:
I found that drive was at once in my lab (due to bad sectors) so I got all the modules out on that day.
The client took the drive back and return it after some time.
Probably during the time I hadn't have the drive some other lab mess with the SA of the drive.
The ROM and the PCB is original so 99.9% sure that there is SA problem in the drive.
The drive spin and doesn't make any clicking sound.
If it was WD drive I would do HOT Swap and write back all the modules.
BUT how do I write back all or some of the modules on that drive from my backup?

As seen the drive respond to Terminal commands, gives P-list info, heads state and more.

After some research I have found that I can edit the current saved modules with the terminal by using the "Service information objects"
I made xls list which cover all the different modules and their differences between the current saved modules and compared them with my original backup.
The following modules are the modules which have been changed on the drive. Some of the current saved modules are the original modules while the other modules are belong 100% to a different drive.
I made a writing test with head 0 which succeed so I can write back those modules.
Should I write all those modules back or only some of them?
Should I write them back by copy 0 only?
Should I power off/on the drive after each module writing or can I write them back in a one row without power off/on the drive between each one?

The modified modules are:
00000 => reserved defect table
00003 => P-List
00002 => performers parameters file
00A => Smart Data file
00013 => Disk Registery file
2A => Save Mode Pages (HDD Settings)
2B => R/W Operating Parameters (translator, etc)
00035 => SMART Data
