Hi!
A friend of mine told me that two Hard Disk burns.
These hard disks have burned.
Inside there are very important data, there is professional software that can recover data on these two hard drives.
How can I do ?
I would like to try it in free if I can, if I can not prefer to consult some Italian assistance.
Thanks for answering.

What makes you think that a "burnt" HDD is a "soft" problem? Or was something lost in the translation?

Hi!
Thanks for the answer
I used the translator I'm Italian.
My friend has the NAS inside has two hard drives I do not remember if they were 1TB or 2TB.
He told me that these two hard drives have burned but I do not know what they were causing.
I said there is a software that can recover these burned hard drives.
there are very important data.
If I do not and tell him to consult a specialist technician.

"Burned" implies that there is physical damage, specifically damage due to fire. If you want help, then you need to supply much more information.
If you are looking for a point-and-click tool ("fix-everything-that-is-wrong-with-my unspecified-hard-drive.exe"), then you will be sadly disappointed.

Hello,
If the data is very important, you should avoid doing things that can compromise or make the situation works.
Ideally, post here the model of the disks, and also pictures of them, both sides, before trying to do something, and also before connecting them to a computer.
Also, post the brand and model of the NAS.
