anyone could send me the step of enlarging hardisk capacity on those few model which able to do this function? for example from 20gb to 40, is there anyone out there able to help me?? anyone have anymore special command or software to sell, please inform me, thank you
and does anyone master in repairing segate hdd?

I disagree.
Many "sernior" models are known to ship with a lower capacity (like WD800BB, for example) to attend lower-budget markets like Brazil.
If you have the knowledge and the correct tools, sometimes it is possible to enlarge a hard drive.
But offcourse exchanging it for another in a hardware store must be the easiest solution
