can't access user data and can't even take resources . i don't think rosewood way can word with this .
any advises please ?

In Russia FDE is forbidden (so no experience), but why not try to import the adaptive (rap,sap,..) (in simple Julius), boot under Ldr and subtract the module with a password.

my customer insist that there was't any password on the drive or even on bios setup .i will try Mr.Moltke suggestion .

AFAIR these drives through exception (even with non-SED ROM) once they see SED overlay on platters

if you cannot access user data it could be because
1. damaged SA, in this case unlocking and fixing the drive would help
2. errors in UA
3. TCG-locked UA, you would have to have user password and original laptop to unlock it, no password bypass on these drives

AFAIK PC3K can't unlock it
But several people on this forum can, if they're interested, I'm sure they'll find you

no 2 is correct totally , i can't access UA
