Previously when my Note 8 was on Android 7.0 the Seagate Media app had been running just fine however upon today's Android 8.0 update now whenever I am opening the app it simply is loading a blank screen on the startup and gradually crashes itself in a while. Any idea how to fix it guys?

install the updated app that fixes app compatability bugs.
If there isnt one, contact seagate, as they are a quality outfit. Really top-Notch. I am sure they are right on it, as their bug experience is outstanding.
