solution is here ..

but i can not update firmware to CC49

CC49.exe and CC49.iso via DVD don't work. it says model matches but firmware not matches.

but offical seagate site says it's very important updating to CC49.

is there any way to update firmware? or how can i find .Lod file?

You could force the firmware update, but I believe that wouldn´t solve your problem, and could make things worse.

The LOD files can be extracted from the ISO or EXE. Just use 7Zip.
